Market Review 24.12.12 Posted: 24 Dec 2012 02:44 AM PST The yen came within reach of a 20-month low against the US dollar in overnight trading, amid increased pressure on the Bank of Japan to adopt a more aggressive monetary easing policy. The euro was able to recover some of its recent losses against the USD last night, and is once again trading above the 1.3200 level. Both gold and silver also saw upward movement during Asian trading, while crude oil prices were largely flat to start off the week.
